Unused saved facials (up to 3) facials expire 30 days after cancellation or completion of membership. Must be an active member during birth month to receive birthday credit - Birthday credit must be used during birth month. Memberships may not always be combined with other offers. Monthly memberships may not be canceled prior to 2 months and/or if a club facial has been used or gifted for said month. No refunds will be issued on monthly payments.
