Your ultimate glow-up membership. More facials, more skincare, more lashes, more reasons to love your Fizz. One membership covers it all for your convenience.
Membership charge auto-drafts monthly on the 1st or 15th, as chosen at signup, until you cancel in person with a signed cancellation form. A 3-billing-cycle minimum applies, and canceling earlier carries a fee equal to one monthly membership charge. Declined payments suspend your membership, and credits and perks pause until payment is made. Memberships suspended for two consecutive months are auto-cancelled. Gift your saved facials to a friend or family member; upgrades, brow/lash services, and club discounts cannot be gifted. Save up to 3 unused facials to use later. Additional unused facials are forfeited, and saved facials expire 30 days after cancellation. Effervescence members receive 1 brow or lash service per month, which does not roll over. Members must be active during their birth month to receive the Birthday Credit, and it must be used that month. Memberships may not always be combined with other offers. Upgrading or downgrading changes your price, facials, and discounts going forward and does not reset the 3-billing-cycle minimum. No refunds are issued on monthly payments. You may cancel without penalty within 3 business days of signing by delivering or mailing written notice to the location where you enrolled.
